Pan-seared salmon fillets finished in a bright lemon garlic butter sauce, ready in under 25 minutes.
Pat salmon fillets dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
Melt half the butter in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear salmon 4-5 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
Lower heat, add remaining butter and garlic, cook 30 seconds until fragrant.
Stir in lemon juice, return salmon to the pan, spoon sauce over the top and simmer 1 minute.
Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
